OneGroup Risk Management and Insurance, a leading provider of insurance, risk management, employee benefits and HR consulting services, has named Sam Guadalupe Regional Director.
In this role, he will lead the company’s growth strategy across Pennsylvania, overseeing business development, recruiting and developing insurance talent, cultivating strategic carrier and community partnerships, and expanding OneGroup’s presence through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Guadalupe brings more than a decade of insurance industry experience and a proven record of driving commercial growth and developing high-performing teams. Most recently, he served as Commercial Sales Manager at another agency where he led the team’s commercial sales strategy, managed carrier relationships, oversaw new business underwriting opportunities, and provided leadership to commercial producers and support staff. During his tenure, he also served as Sales Development Manager, helping restructure and grow the commercial department by implementing new processes, establishing performance standards, and developing sales and service talent.
Throughout his career, Guadalupe has specialized in helping businesses identify and manage risk through customized property and casualty insurance solutions while building lasting client relationships and mentoring insurance professionals.
